Can I return the goods in the same way they were delivered?

We do accept returns, and we will always try and make cost of returns as economical as possible, but there are a few points that you need to be aware of.

• You will need to confirm amount of goods being returned and condition they are in.
• If we arrange the collection of the goods this is a fee associated with this.
• Goods will need to strapped and wrapped on a pallet as we have delivered them in order for our pallet hauliers to collect.
• Once goods have been returned there is the potential for a restocking fee. Please see our T&C’s for more information

If your goods were delivered by Hiab and need to be returned via Hiab then there are a few more considerations that you need to be aware of.

We do not have our own vehicles due to the large range of options our materials demand, and so we use external carriers and we only charge delivery at cost, i.e. what the hauliers charge us.

If a Hiab is required, then the only option is to send a dedicated Hiab lorry to you – that vehicle needs to cover the full cost of the journey to and from you and so of course is significantly more expensive.

We could also request for the Hiab lorry to let us know if they are in the area and they can then provide us with a cheaper quotation for how much they would charge to divert and collect the goods (based on mileage so will depend how far away they are), however they may not be in your area for a while so the goods could be with you for a number of weeks or even months.

There is no quick straightforward answer and we work hard to be as helpful as we can with arranging deliveries and collections but we are limited by what you are able to do/what equipment you have on site to be able to ascertain what is possible and the most.
