With fantastic coverage and opacity, GrafClean is the perfect all-rounder paint, where a washable, durable paint is needed.
Water based paint suitable for interior and exterior walls with a matte finish. The product is highly breathable and provides an excellent indoor air quality due to its low VOC content. It contains lime which acts as a natural preservative.
Substrate Preparation
- New or previously painted plaster, drywall, filler, rendering, prefabricated boards, unplasticised wallpaper, brick or gypsum.
- The substrate must be dry, firm, well adhered, even and free of any impurities that could hinder the perfect bonding of the product.
- Any organic growth and/or other impurities should be removed by thorough cleaning using specific products for this purpose.
- On gypsum or perlite plaster, clean the surface and sand lightly.
- On plasterboard or surfaces repaired with fillers, apply BaseCoat beforehand.
- On absorbent substrates, seal with AmbientPrimer.
- On very absorbent or deconsolidated substrates, apply Minerseal consolidating treatment.
- On wood, metal or non-porous substrates apply Four2Four multi-surface primer.
Product preparation
- Shake and dilute with 10-15% water.
- Stir thoroughly before and during use.
- Avoid excessive shaking to minimise bubble occlusion.
Application method
- Apply 2 or 3 coats evenly.
- Paint in sections, starting with borders.
- Without overloading the roller, dip it lightly into the paint and spread evenly.
- Do not paint over areas that are drying and avoid splices.
- Please note that an excess of product per coat can generate microfissures.

- Fire resistant – rated Class 0 and B-s1, d0 (specification required)
