- Clean the substrate with water to force the precipitation of encapsulated sales.
- Wait at least 48 hoursbefore applying.
- Should there be colonies of mould, lichens, algae and bacteria, brush with sodium hypochlorite (bleach).
- If outer layers are deteriorated, remove them until you reach a clean substrate.
- If the substrate contains pathologies such as moisture due to capillarity, condensation, leak, biodeterioration or movements of the substrate, etc., then it is necessary to resolve the structural problems first.
- Mix well to ensure an even consistency and apply one coat evenly.
- In conditions of 25 ºC and 60% relative humidity, allow 24 hours for drying.
