Substrate preparation

• New or previously painted plaster, drywall, filler, rendering, prefabricated boards, unplasticised wallpaper, brick or gypsum.
• The substrate must be dry, firm, well adhered, even and free of any impurities that could hinder the perfect bonding of the product.
• Any organic growth and/or other impurities should be removed by thorough cleaning using specific products for this purpose.
• On gypsum or perlite plaster, clean the surface and sand lightly.
• On plasterboard or surfaces repaired with fillers, apply BaseCoat beforehand.
• On absorbent substrates, seal with AmbientPrimer.
• On very absorbent or deconsolidated substrates, apply Minerseal consolidating treatment.
• On wood, metal or non-porous substrates apply Four2Four multi-surface primer.

Product preparation

• Shake and dilute with 5-10% water. Stir thoroughly before and during use.
• Avoid excessive shaking to minimise bubble occlusion.

Application method

• Apply 2 or 3 coats evenly.
• Paint in sections, starting with borders.
• Without overloading the roller, dip it lightly into the paint and spread evenly.
• Do not paint over areas that are drying and avoid splices.
• Please note that an excess of product per coat can generate microfissures.
• As it is a lime-based paint it is very important to respect the drying time between coats to realise optimal paint coverage.
