Quantity Calculator for Boards, Plasters & Renders

To start your selection it is important to know what the background/substrate is going to be for the plaster. This may be existing or you may require to calculate the materials for the background - this calculator allows you to calculate the quantity of background material as well as the plaster/render. The square metreage should be the total area to be covered by the wood wool or woodfibre board. Please be aware that you will need to account for some wasteage depending on the dimensions.

Washer fixings are flat plastic disks that are designed to be plastered over as well as supporting the board and are therefore essential. They are supplied in boxes of 100 therefore the automatic calculation will round up.

Our cork board can be adhered to flat plaster internally using two methods 1. Isovit to boards and wall as well as insulated fixings. 2. Combed Isovit on Boards and Wall. These are supplied in boxes of 100. The length should be at least etc

Yes No The EcoCork system requires the REBILITA CONSOLIDATION Mortar/Plaster to prepare the surface for the EcoCork Insulating Plaster. The product should be thrown/bushed on 3mm to provide a key and also to help control suction

Please note that actual results can vary significantly as application on-site as well as the even-ness and absorption of background can all have an impact e.g. a plaster applied at 7mm instead of 9mm over an area will give different actual results and so you will have material left over, as will an application at 10mm instead of 9mm in which case you will not have enough material - so accuracy and consistency of application is an important factor in determining the amount finally used.

Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for any surplus material (or not enough material) being ordered, the client is advised to purchase a sample or small quantity of the product/s before placing the order so that they are able to determine the actual final quantities to order based on what they achieve on site.
