Welsh School of Architecture students get hands on!

It's always a great pleasure for us to welcome students and staff from Cardiff University's Welsh School of Architecture to Ty-Mawr's training centre at Llangasty.

On Friday 4th March, students visited us as part of their module “Energy Use in Historic Buildings”. Our Technical Director, Nigel Gervis, shared his knowledge on Building Health & Energy Efficiency, options for Appropriate Insulation, Insulating Plasters and Renders as well as providing an insight into our award-winning sublime® limecrete insulated floor system. 

They were also provided with plenty of opportunities to get hands-on with our materials too!
