CeWood visits Ty Mawr!

We were delighted to welcome Juris Barkāns, Sales Director and Jānis Vilks, Technical Solutions Manager from CEWOOD to our Brecon office yesterday.  CEWOOD is a Latvian company who have been successfully manufacturing wood wool panels for over 50 years. These panels, made from sustainably managed and locally sourced wood, are a low impact product that is harmless to human health, they and made from high quality wood wool mixed with white or grey as the binding agent. CEWOOD panels are divided into 3 groups: acoustic, design and construction panels which are suitable for different applications. CEWOOD products are exported to Europe, Asia and the USA and we distribute them in the UK - Please see here. The construction boards are an excellent plaster carrier for wall and ceiling applications, while the acoustic boards are popular with interior designers across the globe for their aesthetic, sound insulation and noise absorption qualities and are use in suspended ceiling constructions and wall systems. They have been used in many different buildings such as, sports facilities, swimming pools, sound studios, schools, restaurants, offices, public spaces and buildings as well as private homes. They can be painted to any RAL or NBS colour.
