Renosil is designed as an economic, highly UV-resistant, colour stable, renovation paint which mineralizes the surface of synthetic resin treated facades.
It is for use onto synthetic paint coatings, artificial resin plasters, and is also ideal as a finish onto ecoCork render.
It has a matt mineral finish, it reduces the tendency for the surface to pick up dirt and it reduces the risk of algae, lichen and moss growth.
Beecks have manufactured mineral silicate paints for over 120 years. The range is comprehensive and unsurpassed in terms of lightfastness, vapour permeability and durability. Suitable for historic and contemporary buildings.

The main selling point for the Renosil is its application onto synthetic surfaces with a matt finish where you just apply one coat of course (thinned with up to 10% water) and one coat of fine (thinned with a maximum of 5% water). This makes it a simple system to use without the other stages/products.
Carefully cover surfaces which are not to be treated - especially glass, ceramics, window sills, to protect them from splashes.
Gently clean surfaces that are to be painted. Remove cracked, loose old coatings. Check adhesion and firmness of remaining coats.
Use Beeck’s Fungicide (if needed to remove lichen).
Carry out any repairs using appropriate materials, allow to cure. Please see technical Data Sheet.
Where any sanding on the surface has occurred, apply Beeck’s Fixative diluted with 2 parts water, using a brush.
The paints are mixed to order, only use containers from the same production batch on single areas.
Mix up a primer coat with Beeck’s Renosil Coarse and 10% Fixative, by volume. Thinning with Beeck’s Fixative makes Beeck’s Renosil Coarse optimally coat-able.
Before use, stir BEECK Renosil Coarse thoroughly with a powered mixing paddle.
Apply first coat with Beeck’s Renosil Coarse and Beeck’s Fixative up to 10%.
Apply second coat in Beeck’s Renosil Fine, diluted with 5% water by volume.
Protect freshly coatings from the rain; hang up scaffolding sheeting in front of the surface worked on.
